The Opportunity

Keyano College’s Office of the Registrar is currently seeking a Student Assistant of the 2026-2027 academic year. Reporting to the Assistant Registrar, Admissions, they will assist with basic administrative functions of the Office of the Registrar and provide exemplary support for students

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to currently and potential Keyano students as well as the general public.
  • Assist Student Advisors in managing and responding to student emails
  • Guide students through the process of using Self-Service to add/drop/waitlist courses
  • Conduct conversion calls to accepted students who have not yet registered, encouraging them to complete the registration process
  • Other office duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be a registered credit student at Keyano College 2026-2027
  • Intermediate user of MS Office
  • Basic Knowledge of the campus and campus services

Compensation and Benefits

CUPE Student Rate - $17.40 per hour
