Make an impact with our Farm Management Consulting team as an Analyst. This diverse team of professionals specializes in streamlining processes and discovering innovative ways to enhance efficiencies. As a trusted advisor, you’ll provide comprehensive analysis and strategic guidance that empowers clients to achieve optimal business performance while building a sustainable, competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the delivery of consulting engagements focused on agriculture, agribusiness and other related industry bodies and associations with dynamic team of financial and agricultural professionals
  • Work directly with clients to develop positive working relationships
  • Plan and collect financial and other business information through interaction with clients and analysis of their reports and other information
  • Assist with the development of project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the client engagement team
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary


Skills And Experience

  • An undergraduate degree in a related field
  • Experience working in an agricultural environment is preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly analyze a situation and see opportunities to improve it
  • Passionate about bringing out the full potential of individuals and organizations
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Motivated by generating tangible organizational and financial gains for our clients
