Associate Superintendent - Corporate Services at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools
Christ The Redeemer (CTR) Catholic Schools serves approximately 10 500 students, 500 teachers and 250 support staff in southern Alberta. Christ The Redeemer Catholic Schools provides an authentic Catholic education to students in traditional schools in Canmore, Brooks, Drumheller, High River, Okotoks, De Winton, Oyen, and Strathmore, and provides online schooling, home education, and shared responsibility programs to students all over Alberta and around the world.
CTR Catholic invites applications for the position of Associate Superintendent. Reporting to the Superintendent, this role focuses on ensuring that classroom environments, school facilities, and learning spaces effectively support teaching, curriculum delivery, and student success in all Catholic school communities. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in school leadership, operations, and planning, ensuring that school infrastructure and fiscal stewardship align with the educational and faith-based mission of CTR Catholic. This is a full-time position based out of Okotoks and will require travel to all CTR Catholic schools.
The Associate Superintendent of Corporate Services provides executive leadership for divisional finance, budgeting, and provincial funding, ensuring strong stewardship of public resources and compliance with all legislative and reporting requirements. This role provides overall system leadership for facilities, capital planning, infrastructure, transportation, and attendance areas to ensure safe, efficient, and welcoming learning environments. The successful candidate will oversee insurance and risk management for the division, as well as core corporate systems and frameworks that support effective decision-making and long-range sustainability. In collaboration with Senior Administration and school leaders, the Associate Superintendent provides system-level educational leadership and supports professional practice across the division. The portfolio also includes oversight of extra-curricular and athletic programs, field trip frameworks, and division food services and nutrition funding. In addition, the Associate Superintendent is responsible for system-level leadership in privacy, access to information, and forms management.
