Quality & Compliance Manager at Faithdean
Location: Based at London Bridge Office with regular visits to sites

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust management systems in-line with ISO standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to enhance quality awareness and compliance across the organisation.
- Manage documentation and coordinate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary memberships, accreditations, and certifications.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance metrics.
- Ensure documentation is completed in line with IMS Management system.
- Management of the supply chain pre-qualification process.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in compliance management within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in using EDMS systems.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Knowledge of relevant certifications, such as BREEAM, WELL, NABERS.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in software tools for document management and data analysis.
