Carinity – Hilltop has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join the team. The Customer Service Coordinator leads the homes administration team, working closely with the Residential Manager in the provision of personal administrative support and ensuring efficient operation of the administration area through supervision of other clerical staff.
Monday to Friday | 8:00AM – 4:00PM | Permanent full-time role available

What do I need for the role?
- Demonstrated experience in the supervision of other staff, with the ability to lead and work within a team, offering support and assistance when required
- Demonstrated experience in office administration and clerical procedures, preferably within a Residential Aged Care environment.
- Ability to responsibly manage confidential material and documents according to organisational requirements.
- Great attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
- Certificate / Qualification in Business Administration
