Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience with SAP Convergent Mediation in a subscription-based media or telecom environment.
Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture and modules (CC, CI, SOM).
Proficiency in Java, Groovy, or similar scripting languages used in mediation logic.
Experience with CDR/EDR formats, usage data transformation, and enrichment.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems, shell scripting, and system monitoring tools.
Hands-on experience integrating with external APIs, FTP servers, and message queues.
Strong understanding of real-time data processing and event-based billing models.
Experience developing mediation workflows for high-volume transactional systems.
Proficiency in data validation, enrichment, and transformation techniques.
Familiarity with integration protocols and tools used in SAP BRIM landscapes.
Ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and ensure system synchronization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
