Job Summary;-

The Sr. Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving business solutions by leveraging Agile methodologies and technical expertise in Confluence Jira and IBM Open Pages GRC on Cloud. With a focus on Cards & Payments domain the analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and deliver impactful results. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a day shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies to streamline project workflows and enhance team collaboration.
• Provide expertise in Confluence and Jira to facilitate effective project management and communication.
• Utilize IBM Open Pages GRC on Cloud to manage governance risk and compliance processes efficiently.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive strategic initiatives.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving efforts.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of business solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and foster a collaborative environment.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Analyze data and generate reports to provide actionable insights and support business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in Cards & Payments domain.
• Support the development of training materials and conduct sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends and technologies that can benefit the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in Agile methodologies to optimize project delivery and team performance.
• Exhibit strong technical skills in Confluence and Jira for effective project management.
• Showcase expertise in IBM Open Pages GRC on Cloud to manage risk and compliance efficiently.
• Possess domain knowledge in Cards & Payments to drive relevant business solutions.
• Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic decision-making.

Working Arrangements

If working onsite, the position may require 3–4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, ON.
