Candidate Profile
The Bilingual HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations across multiple regions. The role plays a part in maintaining accurate data, driving smooth onboarding, and supporting strategic HR initiatives. Responsibilities include providing support with onboarding, HR documentation, maintaining HRIS data, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to team projects and employee engagement.

Candidate Profile
The Bilingual HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations across multiple regions. Responsibilities include providing support with onboarding, HR documentation, maintaining HRIS data, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to team projects and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Onboarding
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires and internal transfers
- Prepare HR documentation including employment verification letters, salary adjustments, anniversary letters, and policy communications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
- Process operational and transactional HR data
- Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners on employee lifecycle activities
- Assist with HR initiatives related to performance management, onboarding, policy updates, job descriptions, and compensation
- Participate in special HR projects focused on process improvement, employee engagement, and program implementation
- Support external events such as campus recruitment initiatives
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
- Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, and Office Administration to support effective HR service delivery
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
EDUCATION
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
- HRIS and data management experience
- Bilingual in English and French (required)
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Strong document preparation and HR administration skills
- HR reporting and analytics exposure
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with initiative and autonomy
- Adaptability and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
