We are currently hiring a Store Manager to join our Berezan LRS Coquitlam Team.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in our team. Your responsibility extends beyond daily operations – you will be shaping the experience we offer and ensuring profitability while aligning our goals and business objectives. Your role as a leader and mentor is crucial in encouraging our team, fostering exceptional customer service, and ensuring that every visit to our stores is a memorable one. You will lead the way!

What you will be doing:

• Staff management.
• Maintaining pristine product presentation.
• Product Management.
• Upholding company policies and procedures.
• Setting budget goals and working towards successfully meeting them.
• Executing seasonal changes and promotions.
• Encouraging Wow guest service.

Knowledge and Skill requirements:

• Proven track record of delivering excellence in customer service.
• Preferred 2 years of management experience, demonstrating your leadership skills.
• Stellar time management and prioritization abilities.
• Talent in training and motivating staff for peak performance.
• Skill in monitoring and assessing staff to ensure consistent quality.
• Basic office administration skills to manage daily tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication for smooth interactions.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities for swift issue resolution.
• Capability to plan and organize work effectively.
• Diplomatic skills, including negotiating and conflict resolution.
• A positive, professional, and responsive attitude is essential.
• Meticulous record-keeping skills to uphold accuracy.
