A day in the life of an Entry-Level Loan Processor:

  • Review loan documents to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and within LendCare's policies and procedures.
  • Carefully review and assess potential borrower applications to determine their eligibility for a loan and identify potential fraudulent activities.
  • Verify documentation such as pay stubs, credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant documentation.
  • Follow up with merchants or customers to clarify important points for applications.

What We Are Looking For

  • One year of experience in customer service, administration, or office roles, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
  • Strong attention detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Must be available to work Monday-Friday (1PM-9PM) and one Saturday per month (9AM-5PM).
  • Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application - this is a TEER 4 position, we are not able to provide sponsorship.

We are offering $18.10/hour CAD for this role, plus the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses.
