In summary, what is the role about?
The Quality Specialist plays a key role in continuous improvement: they optimize the quality of manufacturing processes and products, collaborate with teams to exceed established standards, and ensure regulatory compliance through rigorous documentation

- College diploma (DEC) with training in quality assurance; Six Sigma Green Belt certification, an asset.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including the use of Lean principles.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering and/or quality assurance in an ISO environment.
- Participation in ISO 9000 certification activities; internal auditor training and MQQ / ASQ certifications are assets.
- Knowledge of composite materials, plastics, and thermoforming, an asset.
- Experience using quality assurance tools, software, and processes.
- Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, sound judgment, positive attitude, teamwork, and ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal.
