What is the ideal profile for this position?
  • College diploma (DEC) with training in quality assurance; Six Sigma Green Belt certification, an asset.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including the use of Lean principles.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering and/or quality assurance in an ISO environment.
  • Participation in ISO 9000 certification activities; internal auditor training and MQQ / ASQ certifications are assets.
  • Knowledge of composite materials, plastics, and thermoforming, an asset.
  • Experience using quality assurance tools, software, and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, sound judgment, positive attitude, teamwork, and ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Excellent bilingual communication skills, both written and verbal.
