Your Impact

The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play a leadership role in overseeing FP&A activities for CDO-IT driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making processes. The Senior Manager will also lead and mentor a team of finance professionals driving excellence in budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and business partnership.

What The Role Offers

  • Oversee and guide the financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis processes across CDO-IT.
  • Partner closely with IT executive leadership to align financial strategies with corporate goals and growth initiatives.
  • Consolidate and present financial results and forecasts to CDO-IT leader, highlighting key drivers and risks.
  • Manage and mentor a team of FP&A analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Corporate FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance cost allocations, forecast accuracy and reporting efficiency.
  • Collaborate on special projects and strategic initiatives to support growth strategies, and operational excellence.

What You Need To Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within the technology or software sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and business performance analysis.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Advanced Excel and financial planning system skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
