Creative Lead, Creative Works at Google
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in the advertising industry.
- 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the development, implementation and execution of business strategies, as well as in-depth understanding of the Creative industry and Google’s creative offerings and solutions.
- Experience working with large customers and agency organizations.
- Knowledge of experimenting with innovative AI tools in the creative process.
- Familiarity with tools such as Gemini suite, Adobe CS, Frame. io, Motion/Varos, Workspace, CapCut/Descript, Runway/Topaz/ElevenLabs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence executive level stakeholders.

As a Creative Lead for Canada Large Customer Sales, you will influence some of Canada’s leading marketers to unlock the transformative potential of Google products and AI to solve their most pressing brand and business issues. You will be a collaborator, working in close partnership with Google client teams to deliver AI-powered marketing services to key clients and their agencies. You will be a key point of contact and driving channel behind innovative creative solutions for customers and partners, inspiring, leading, and executing creative strategies that ensure the success of their communications through creative excellence. The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 152,000-156,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of a client’s business objectives to deliver innovative creative solutions.
- Develop creative ideas to drive video investment, and present client recommendations with inspiring creative solutions. Deliver presentations to C-level audiences of Canada’s marketers.
- Partner and build relationships with account teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for clients to grow with our creative consulting and solutions.
- Develop excellent relationships, internally and externally, offering support and direction to team members, and leveraging the perspectives and insight they provide.
- Maintain familiarity with Creative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in order to act as an advisor to clients.
