The CMA and the CMA Group of Companies (CMA Foundation and CMA Impact) has hybrid as well as remote workers across Quebec and Ontario. The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English. Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.

- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and tagging structures
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
- Experience with campaign tracking and dashboard creation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Studies specializing in Marketing, Communications or Data Analytics
- Configure and maintain digital analytics tools and dashboards
- Ensure accurate tracking across websites and campaigns
- Conduct data audits and troubleshoot tracking issues
- Deliver performance reports and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics needs
- Stay current on analytics best practices and emerging tools
