This position has a strong focus on customer service, professionalism, and aviation security compliance, working closely with high-profile clients, flight crews, and airport personnel.

As an Aviation Security Supervisor, you will act as the first point of contact at the Fixed-Base Operator (private and corporate jets), ensuring safety, access control, and a premium client experience at all times.

Shifts

• Monday to Friday – Days: 0600–1400
• Monday to Friday – Evenings: 1400–2200

Responsibilities For Security Supervisor

• Provide exceptional customer service and client interaction
• Manage access control for vehicles, passengers, and crew
• Coordinate escorts with airport partners
• Conduct patrols to identify potential risks
• Operate radios, tablets, and computer systems
• Inspect security equipment and report issues
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid if required, and coordinate emergency response
• Write detailed incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer inquiries in person and by phone
  
  

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada
• Valid WSIB Ontario Security Guard License
• Valid G2 or G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract (required)
• First Aid & CPR certification (required)
• Static (Guard in car) position with frequent in-and-out of vehicle movement throughout the shift
• Ability to remain alert and professional for extended periods
• Strong verbal communication skills required
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach
