Position: Public Policy Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour

Role Responsibilities
- Collaborate asynchronously with a team of experts in your domain.
- Craft policy research tasks involving legislative tracking and regulatory database searches.
- Create detailed evaluation rubrics for AI agent performance.
- Work independently to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Must-Have
- PhD or Master's in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, Public Administration, or related field.
- Experience with government databases like OpenStates, FOIA.gov, and federal agency data portals.
- 2+ years of experience in government, think tanks, policy research, or public sector consulting.
- High attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, UK, or Australia.
- Early December; applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Short interview to assess domain expertise.
- Paid onboarding time up to 1 hour, including screening and onboarding videos.
