Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resources, budget and scheduling.
  • Mentor the team, help with recruitment, training, task allocation and performance evaluation.
  • Contribute to the menu and ensure that front-of-house offerings are of the highest caliber.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with management and coordinate food and beverage service for special events.
  • Customer service skills that exceed guest expectations.

What You Bring

  • Five to ten years of experience in restaurant and culinary leadership, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Fine‑dining experience strongly preferred.
  • Rock-solid leadership skills and ability to direct and supervise staff.
  • Ability to manage issues and empower a team to excel.
  • A relationship-builder who encourages open communication and collaboration.
  • Time-management savvy and expert multitasker who thrives in the excitement of casino operations.
  • Strategic thinker who has an eye for detail and a capacity to see the big picture.

  • Smart Serve Ontario Certificate
  • Safe Food Handling Certificate
  • The ability to obtain registration as a category 1 Gaming Assistant with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
