IT Operations & Systems Analyst


We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support & ERP Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex problems. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and improving our ERP systems while providing high-quality IT support across the organization. The key responsibilities and how you will make an impact:

  • Support and lead ERP-related initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate on troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Provide timely IT Helpdesk and end-user support in a fast-paced environment, ensuring tickets are resolved efficiently.
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune) and Windows-based environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and security issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Escalate complex issues with detailed reports for further investigation and resolution.
  • Identifying the root cause of problems and proposing solutions to prevent recurrence.


You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • Experience with ERP systems is a must; experience working with ERPs such as Acumatica, NetSuite, Epicor, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly valued.
  • IT related education or experience (e.g. IT certification or diploma in an IT related field)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), and Intune.
  • Hands-on experience with system and platform integrations, along with strong database management skills, is required.
  • Background in logistics and e-commerce is a plus.
  • Strong cybersecurity knowledge.
  • Familiarity with VoIP solutions (RingCentral or equivalent).
  • Understanding of networking concepts and remote access tools (VPN, Remote Desktop).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on quick resolution and preventive strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to maintain smooth IT operations.
