Machine Assembler/Builder at TES The Employment Solution

Title: Machine Builder/Assembler

Location: Brampton, ON

Pay Rate: $28-32 /hr

Shift: Days 7AM - 3:30PM

Start: ASAP

Status: 3 Month Contract with possible extension or permanent afterwards

Our client a Machine Manufacturer in Brampton is looking for an experienced contract Machine Builder/Assembler.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

• Build/assemble machinery in line with schematics
• Read schematics, and use an array of tools and diagnostic devices to service and install mechanical components
• Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner
• Wire packaging machines with existing/new equipment/technology; work with external contractors on assigned line.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair equipment as needed
• PLC Programming experience
  
  
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires a minimum of four (4) years of precision assembly experience
• Ability to assemble/build mechanical components from blueprints
• Strong mathematical aptitude required
• Must be able to perform frequent standing, bending, twisting, crawling, kneeling, squatting, climbing, reaching and grasping
• Experience on wiring end of line packaging equipment is an asset
