Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agent Sales Experience Manager to lead a team of 10 licensed insurance agents, driving sales performance, retention, and professional development while fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching and mentoring agents at all experience levels through product, pricing, and technology changes, executing sales and retention strategies aligned with the company’s financial and strategic goals, and partnering with the broader management team to deliver sustained growth. The successful candidate is a confident, relationship-focused insurance professional who leads by example, communicates effectively, leverages performance insights and market trends, supports business development, and helps agents deliver exceptional customer experiences while strengthening the organization’s market position.
What You Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Relevant post-secondary education.
- Proven track record of developing and leading successful insurance sales teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse team members.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM (EPIC) and sales management tools; data-informed decision-making mindset.
- Good familiarity with the territory in which we write business (Southwestern Ontario).
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
