The successful candidate will bring extensive experience advising employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including wrongful dismissal, human rights and discrimination claims, workplace investigations, employment standards, executive compensation, labour relations, and complex employment-related litigation. The role includes advocacy before courts, labour boards, arbitrators, and administrative tribunals, as well as providing strategic and practical advice to business leaders and human resources professiona

ls.
