If you have an interest in heavy equipment and have experience with ground maintenance, shipping/receiving, and organizing stock, then this is the perfect job for you! We are looking for a Yards Coordinator for our Surrey Service location.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Performs general clean up of the Falcon head office yard including:

• Manage overall yard layout and ensure safe, organized placement of trucks, cranes, and attachments.
• Tag, track, and document all capital equipment and assets in the yard; maintain up-to-date location and condition records.
• Coordinate the movement of vehicles and cranes within the yard, ensuring efficient staging for Install, Service, Parts, and Shipping/Receiving activities.
• Other duties as required
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Prior experience in a similar role
• Forklift certification required
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean abstract required
• Class 3 Driver’s License with no learner restrictions required
• Air Brake Endorsement (Code 15) preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
• Good organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
