We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Trainer

Experience and Qualification:

• Require a valid and current Personal Training certification recognized in Canada (e.g., BCRPA, ISSA, ACE, NASM, CanFitPro, CSCS, etc).
• Active CPR/First Aid Certification is essential.
• Eligibility to work and reside in Canada is a must.
• Possess the knowledge, skills, and capabilities to design and implement safe and effective exercise for a diverse range of clients.
• Confident in fitness program design, instruction, and fostering behavior change. This includes conducting Fitness Consultations, Traditional (1-on-1) Training, Small Group Training, online coaching, and other relevant programming opportunities as determined by the specific club.
• Minimum of 1 year of personal training experience is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Fostering connections through guidance, education, and building strong rapport with all members.
• Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills and embodying a commitment to delivering a personalized experience to every individual encountered.
• Ensuring the overall maintenance of the club, including equipment and floor cleanliness, while actively engaging in sales and marketing for various programs. Proactively reaching out to inactive members to contribute to retention efforts is also part of the role.
• Providing fitness consultations as an inclusive benefit for every member.
• Leading 60-minute one-on-one or Small Group Training sessions with fitness members

• Hiring urgently

Job Type: Full time & Part time- Permanent

Please note: While you are not obligated to work the entire duration of the listed availability above, having flexibility during those days is essential. Scheduling specifics will be fine-tuned and confirmed in collaboration with the hiring manager during the concluding stages of the hiring process.

Compensation:

• Base Rate: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
• Floor Hours: Minimum per hour
• Bi-monthly payday via direct deposit
• Semi-annual increase.
