Career Opportunity

Pickering Honda is looking for a full-time Service Drive to join the automotive dealership. The candidate should have excellent written and oral capabilities; offer honesty, reliability, and flexibility. Customer service, organization and multi-tasking are crucial to the environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic information to general inquiries relating to our Service Operations, using common sense and discretion in divulging company information
• Handle switchboard duties in a friendly, efficient, and tactful manner, including taking all incoming calls, re-directing calls, and taking messages if necessary.
• Demonstrate sensitivity toward customers and strong interest in exceeding customers' expectations.
• Communicate with customers to set and confirm service appointments
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Works with all departments in the dealership, charts and monitors daily activities.
• Capable of project a positive image every time you place or receive a telephone call.
• Is capable of addressing customer hesitation and resistance with patience and empathy.
• Schedule and book appointments for Service
• Promote special service programs
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related work experience preferably in an automotive dealership (e.g. Customer Service, sales or call centre role)
• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook exposure minimum of 1 year
• Dealership experience is an asset
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
