What You Will Be Doing

• Arrange sales of medical equipment and conduct fittings.
• Ensure that all customers after sale service requirements are being met.
• Answers phone inquiries, identifies and resolves client concerns.
• Appropriately issues refunds and handles customer complaints according to Rexall protocol.
• Stock shelves and inform the purchaser when inventory is low.
• Keep knowledge of HHC related products and services current and attend in-service and product training when applicable.
• Complete all required paperwork and other administrative requirements in a timely and professional manner.
  
  

How You Will Succeed

• Training (certification) in at least 2 of the following: ostomy, compression garments, insoles, orthopedic braces, trusses, toilet seating, catheter, prosthetic and walker fittings, etc.
• Computer skills, including: Word, Internet, Excel, POS software
• Functional and technical knowledge of mobility equipment and general HHC supplies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
• Punctual and reliable
