Job Descriptions

• Advising patients about proper frame choices and appropriate lens options
• Performing frame adjustments and repairs
• Preparing exam rooms, cleaning, and setting up equipment
• Conducting pre-testing procedures using diagnostic equipment
• Greeting patients in a warm and courteous way
• Responding to large volume of phone calls, emails, and faxes
• Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling examinations and appointments
• Collecting contact and health information, and answering patient questions efficiently
• Invoicing patients and using point of sale machine
• Submitting insurance payments for patients
• Scanning hard files

What do you need?

• High aptitude with computers
• Capacity to multitask, strong organization skills and efficient focus
• Experience in customer service
• Ability to communicate positively with people
• Comfortable taking and making phone calls
• Good learning skills
• High proficiency in English: be able to fluently communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Works well in a team and independently

Weekend Schedule: Saturday
