Intermediate Business Analyst at Affinity

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking an Intermediate Business Analyst to assist with the analysis, documentation, and optimization of business processes related to justice and court systems. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to ensure that requirements are clearly defined, validated, and aligned with program objectives, particularly those involving workflow automation and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions

• Map current-state and future-state processes, including automation opportunities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers

• Support change impact analysis and user acceptance testing

• Contribute to service delivery planning and continuous improvement activities
