This role is pivotal in shaping collaborative practices that drive operational excellence and position WSP as a trusted partner in the pursuit and delivery of major projects.
Your Impact
- Develop and implement processes, platforms, and systems that enable efficient program delivery for collaborative projects.
- Drive continuous improvement by assessing new ideas, creating actionable plans, and embedding best practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationship management programs to foster trust and strategic alignment.
- Oversee internal project controls, including cost monitoring, reporting, and scheduling across multiple concurrent projects.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings, ensuring alignment and clarity of outputs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a Client relationship management program and manage critical correspondence to support pursuit success and project delivery.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, projects, and lessons learned to inform future strategies.
- Experience in engineering consulting or professional services, with knowledge of alternative delivery models (AFP, PPP, DB, Alliance, IPD) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in project management, including prioritization, scheduling, and coordination of multiple projects.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of and interest in business, commercial and operational interdependencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and cloud-based tools; Adobe Suite experience is an asset.
- Ability to lead without authority, demonstrating resilience and accountability in high-pressure environments.
