Our Team And What We'll Accomplish Together
As a senior member of the TAC Digital Solutions organization, you will lead a team charged with leading transformation and unifying IT Infrastructure operations across a variety of Network, Identity and Infrastructure Platforms.
Your team will also play a key role in incident response, system maintenance, product support and change management. Utilizing infrastructure as code, and CI/CD tool sets, you will work to automate both the deployment and monitoring of large software systems to leverage a more scalable and sustainable strategy than manual intervention.
This role will require a broad range of technical skill sets that extend across both on premise and cloud environments

What You'll Do
- Strategic Planning and Oversight:
- Develop and implement strategies for infrastructure, network, and identity management across on-premise and cloud environments.
- Align team goals with organizational objectives and ensure scalability and reliability of systems.
- Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of servers, storage, and virtual environments.
- Network Administration:
- Manage network architecture, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud-based networking.
- Ensure high availability, redundancy, and security of network systems.
- Identity and Access Management:
- Implement and manage identity solutions such as Azure Active Directory and on-premise Active Directory.
- Ensure secure and efficient access controls, authentication mechanisms, and user provisioning.
- Cloud Operations:
- Manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.
- Optimize cloud usage to balance cost and performance.
- Security and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for data security and privacy.
- Develop and enforce policies for system security, patch management, and incident response.
- Work directly with security teams to respond to events and actively manage vulnerabilities.
- Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
- Implement monitoring tools for proactive identification and resolution of issues.
- Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to ensure system efficiency.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for both on-premise and Azure environments.
- Ensure regular testing and updates to business continuity strategies.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure, network, and identity professionals.
- Promote collaboration, professional growth, and accountability within the team.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware, software, and cloud services procurement and support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage budgets for infrastructure, network, and identity operations.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Project Management:
- Oversee projects related to infrastructure upgrades, network expansion, and identity solution implementations.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
- Understand and comply with safety policies and procedures at all times and take all necessary actions to ensure the health, safety and welfare of yourself, your colleagues and third parties.
- Understand and comply with Company Data Protection and Information Security policies at all times.
- Other reasonable duties which you may occasionally be requested to perform.

- Experience deploying, configuring, and supporting hybrid IT Infrastructure (Cloud and On-premises)
- Advanced knowledge of routing, switching, and firewalls
- Experience using Atlassian products, specifically Jira and Confluence.
- Qualifications and Experience
- At least 4 years of management experience leading remote teams
- Extensive experience acting as a technical team lead
- Experience with troubleshooting business systems from on-premises networks, data centers, and between cloud providers.
- Other IT, cloud, security, and similar certifications.
- Soft Skills Required
