Accounts Payable Clerk at Traveland RV Supercentre

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Responsibilities

• Entering payable invoices
• Pay invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment.
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Process on demand cheques
• Process cheque runs
• Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
• Posting and reconciling monthly credit card expenses
• Cleaning and maintaining of schedules
• Maintain financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  
  

Education And/or Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year expereince in an accounts payable position
  
  

Compensation

• $20.00 - $24.00 hourly
