This is a hands-on leadership position with direct visibility to executive leadership and the Board.

This is a hands-on leadership position with direct visibility to executive leadership and the Board.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage Store Managers across all locations
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer experience, and brand consistency
- Ensure full compliance with provincial and federal cannabis regulations
- Own operational KPIs, reporting, forecasting, and Board presentations
- Partner with Finance on budgets and financial controls
- Lead operational improvements, onboarding of new stores, and special projects
- Support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic planning
- Build a high-accountability, high-performance culture
- 6-8+ years multi-store retail leadership experience (required)
- Experience in regulated retail (cannabis preferred)
- Strong financial acumen and operational discipline
- Proven people leader with strong coaching and communication skills
- Comfortable leading change in a fast-paced environment
