Nutri-Lawn Vancouver – Growth Leader

We’re searching for Nutri-Lawn’s next growth leader.

In this role, you will lead our Vancouver team as we expand our customer base, service lines, and geographic footprint throughout the Lower Mainland.

Nutri-Lawn is well established across Canada and has been trusted in the Lower Mainland for more than 40 years. Homeowners rely on us to do the right thing—delivering exceptional lawn care while treating customers and team members with respect.

• Leading growth in a B2C business
• Managing sales and service teams
• Driving top-line revenue
• Developing and coaching high-performing teams
• Successfully managing service operations and outcomes

Who You’ll Manage and Support

• Experienced service managers overseeing field service staff
• A customer service manager supporting frontline representatives
• Sales representatives onboarding new customers every day

Resources & Support

You will report directly to the National Director and will have strong national support from:

• Customer Service Center
• Scheduling & Dispatch Team
• National Marketing Team
• National Sales Team
• FP&A Analyst (budgeting and P&L support)

Compensation

$80,000–$100,000 base salary, use of company vehicle, plus bonus opportunity and competitive benefits.
