As a Waiter / Waitress, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional food and service during their stay. Your responsibilities will include:

Hotels & Accommodations

• Greeting guests warmly and creating a welcoming dining experience
• Presenting menus and helping guests with food and beverage selections
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and communicating them to the kitchen team
• Serving meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Handling guest requests, questions, or concerns with professionalism and care
• Preparing tables before service and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts
• Processing bills and payments accurately
• Following food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards at all times
• Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver smooth service

Ideal qualifications include

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort, or hospitality environment is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive mindset
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
• Basic knowledge of food service and dining etiquette is preferred
