Job Posting: General Labourer

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer for a shutdown assignment, with 12-hour workdays in a camp-based environment.

This role involves physically demanding work in an industrial setting and requires strict adherence to safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cleanup and remediation of bitumen spill areas
• Perform general labor duties including shovelling, material handling, and site maintenance
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
• Support site technicians and supervisors as needed
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and site requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in industrial, construction, or oil sands environments preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
• Willingness to work long shifts (12 hours) in outdoor conditions
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to travel to site and stay in camp for the duration of project
