TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Schedule: 2 guaranteed shifts per week
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Status: Unionized, permanent
  • Salary: $23.94/hour (Class 4)

YOUR ROLE WITHIN THE SECURITY AND MOBILITY TEAM

  • Welcome and assist internal and external customers by providing courteous and efficient service
  • Collect parking fees, process refunds, and follow up on outstanding accounts
  • Manage contracts for monthly clients and maintain up-to-date records
  • Verify and reconcile deposits and cash reports; complete required administrative documents
  • Configure the parking system in collaboration with a supervisor and generate necessary reports
  • Respond to email inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure proper follow-up
  • Participate in operational planning and service improvement initiatives
  • Manage activities related to special events (ticket issuance and control)
  • Ensure proper management of equipment, inventory, and lost and found items
  • Conduct research and analysis as requested by a supervisor while ensuring confidentiality

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Education: High school diploma
  • Experience:
    • 1 year in general administration
    • 1 year in customer service
    • Experience in parking operations (an asset)
  • Language: Intermediate English (Level 2)
  • Other requirements: Valid driver’s license
  • Skills: Customer service orientation, integrity, sound judgment, attention to detail, ability to prioritize
  • Computer skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office
