As a Server, you’re the heartbeat of Hello Nori. From the moment our guests walk through the door, you craft each moment with care, attention, and a genuine smile. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of menu items, restaurant policies, and service procedures
• Maintain a smooth service flow by taking orders, serving items, and setting and clearing tables
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates and management
• Handle guest concerns quickly and efficiently, making sure every guest leaves happy

Requirements

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant is an asset
• Passionate about great service and hospitality
• Valid Serving It Right certification
• Availability to work during hours of operation, including evenings and weekends
• Must be legally able to work in Canada
