We are looking for a driven and technically strong Engineering Project Manager to join our Engineering team in Saint John, New Brunswick. In this role, you will report directly to the R&D Manager and play a critical part in delivering innovative product development projects that meet our high standards for quality, performance, and efficiency.

YOUR IMPACT
As an Engineering Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end product development projects while also contributing technically to product design. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of product development projects, from concept through final validation and launch.
- Coordinate and align internal teams and external partners/suppliers to meet project milestones.
- Apply best practices in project management methodology, defining readiness criteria and tracking KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor project performance, including timelines, costs, risks, and change requests, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Take technical ownership of product development, including design oversight and validation requirements.
- Collaborate with finance to prepare and structure project business plans.
- Drive continuous improvement of project management processes within the organization.
WHAT YOU BRING
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Thermodynamics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in product development and design engineering.
- Previous experience in project management, ideally within international or leading organizations, is an asset.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of design engineering principles and project management processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized and structured, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional and collaborative environment
- Fluent in English
