The Opportunity

Living Sky School Division is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Teacher (1.0 FTE) to join North Battleford Comprehensive High School beginning August 26, 2026.

North Battleford Comprehensive High School (NBCHS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Grade 7–12 French Teacher to join our dynamic secondary team. The successful candidate will foster engaging, inclusive, and student-centered learning environments while supporting students in achieving academic success, developing confidence in their language skills, and building global perspectives.

North Battleford Comprehensive High School (NBCHS) is a Grades 7–12 community high school serving over 1,000 students from North Battleford, the Battlefords area, and surrounding communities. Qualifications

  • Valid Saskatchewan Professional A Teaching Certificate (or eligibility for certification)
  • Background and/or experience teaching French at the Grade 7–12 level is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of second-language instructional practices and student-centered learning approaches is considered an asset
