The Opportunity

We're looking for an Administrator to lead operations at Maple Towers, a 93-suite seniors' rental community in Maple Ridge.

You will oversee operations, resident engagement, facilities, and financial stewardship while fostering a compassionate, value-driven community where seniors can experience life well.

What You'll Do

• Lead community operations including resident engagement and service delivery
• Oversee building maintenance, inspections, and contractors
• Drive occupancy and resident satisfaction
• Manage budgets and financial performance
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and partners
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture

What You Bring

Education

Post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Experience

Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in housing, healthcare, or nonprofit sectors

Skills & Competencies

• Operational leadership across resident services and maintenance
• Resident engagement and occupancy management
• Facilities and grounds oversight including inspections and contractors
• Safety and security management
• Strong, evidence-based decision-making
• Communication and relationship-building
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Problem-solving and critical thinking

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $69,000 – $72,000
