Location: Oak River Rehab – Anderson, California

Schedule: Friday through Monday (Full-Time)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary

As an Admissions Assistant, you will play a vital role in welcoming new residents and supporting the admissions process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our nursing, administrative, and social services teams to ensure a smooth transition for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process new resident admissions
• Communicate with hospitals, families, and referral sources
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Provide support and information to residents and families during the intake process
• Assist with tours and general inquiries
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support residents’ needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous admissions, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate and professional demeanor
• Proficient in basic computer use and documentation
