We are looking for an experienced and physically fit General Merchandise Associate to provide excellent customer service, maintain and zone merchandise areas, and assist with stocking and sales.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and assist with product selection in departments like apparel, home, toys, electronics, and more
• Stock, organize, and merchandise shelves and displays to company standards
• Unpack, sort, rotate, and replenish merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy
• Complete modular sets and product protection as needed
• Handle returns, damages, and overstock appropriately
• Communicate with team members to maintain floor coverage and achieve goals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by following company policies

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Able to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $17.75 per hour
