Position Overview

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will manage service inventory operations, maintain accuracy across locations, and collaborate with internal and external partners to support efficient supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform regular cycle counts at the service warehouse in Richmond Hill to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Manage all aspects of service inventory including cycle counts, variance resolution, inventory planning, co-packing coordination, and minimizing product losses.
  • Collaborate with internal warehouse teams and third-party logistics partners to ensure operational expectations, inventory accuracy, and cost targets are consistently met.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely, complete, and accurate order fulfillment through our distribution network or alternative channels.
  • Support cross-functional projects as assigned, adapting to evolving business needs.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support internal teams by picking parts, processing inter-warehouse transfers, and providing timely documentation, reporting, and inventory-related analysis.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to aged or obsolete inventory, ensuring timely disposition and processing of excess or end-of-life stock in alignment with management approvals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve inventory-related issues in collaboration with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure to follow ISO procedures as outlined in the Compugen Quality Management System.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Warehouse environment Or inventory control
  • Computer literacy and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Ability to analyze, plan, organize and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including written, telephone, and email etiquette.
  • Data driven individuals with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with tight timelines.
  • Certified Raymond/Reverse steering forklift, walkie operator is an asset.
  • Ability to lift merchandise weighing 40-50 Ibs.
  • Working knowledge of JDE will be an asset.
  • Flexibility to adjust to other shifts occasionally, between the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM.
