Position Overview

Compugen has been a partner to ServiceNow since 2022 and in this short time, we have created explosive growth due to our unique capabilities and our ability o align our corporate values to delivering real customer value in a highly competitive environment.

The ServiceNow Sales Specialist is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving growth across the ServiceNow portfolio. This role focuses on identifying high-value opportunities, shaping solution strategy, and closing complex deals that deliver measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams, the specialist ensures ServiceNow remains central to digital transformation conversations across enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for ServiceNow opportunities: identify, qualify, propose, and close
  • Develop tailored solution strategies aligned with client business goals and IT roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to position ServiceNow effectively within broader portfolios
  • Lead client conversations around workflow automation, ITSM, ITAM, and other ServiceNow modules
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations that articulate value and ROI
  • Maintain deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, roadmap, and integration potential
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to strategic account planning
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through digital transformation initiative

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a strong preference for ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, consultative sales environments
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations, digital workflows, and cloud platforms
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive engagement skills
  • Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence decision-makers
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, delivery, and product
