- You are sales‑driven, outgoing, and confident in approaching customers in a polite and friendly way.
- You’re passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience by actively promoting IKEA services and helping customers make informed decisions.
- You have previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- You’re comfortable with physical work, including heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, and enjoy being on your feet throughout the day.
- You thrive in a team environment and contribute to a positive, energetic workplace.
Key responsibilities (title) A day in your life with us
Key responsibilities (text) • Drive sales by ensuring your area is clean, tidy, fully stocked, and correctly priced, with products always in perfect condition.
- Optimize availability by analyzing sales space capacities and adjusting stock levels based on system parameters.
- Be a product expert by learning the features and benefits of all Textiles and sharing your knowledge with customers.
- Actively engage customers—identify their needs through the right questions and recommend the best solutions for their home.
- Support merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a safe, organized work area, including performing tasks requiring physical effort and lifting up to 50 lbs.
