for Ecole Racette School
Ecole Racette School requires a full-time ( 1.0 FTE ) probationary/continuous teacher commencing August 27, 2026 , to June 30, 2027 .
Ecole Racette School, located in St. Paul, Alberta is a grade 6-9 school with approximately 320 students. The specific teaching assignment of the successful candidate will depend on the skills and experience of the individual, however, the ability to teach French as a Second Language or French Immersion courses would be considered an asset.
The successful candidate will:
- have a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
- be committed to student-centered learning
- understand and correctly use formative/summative assessment
- practice effective differentiated learning strategies to ensure learning
- be collaborative and committed to building relationships with students, parents, staff
A College Certificate in Catholic Education will be considered an asset.

In doing so, St. Paul Education became the only school division in Alberta to operate both separate and public schools under one board. We serve 3627 students (K-12), including Catholic, First Nation, Mennonite, Hutterite and Home Schooling learners. Our 19 definable school sites are staffed by approximately 230 FTE teaching staff and 300 support staff.
