Harnois Énergies is looking for a rigorous, analytical and structured professional to join its team as a Public Tenders Specialist. If you enjoy challenges, precision work, and collaborating with multiple teams, this role is for you!

Temporary mandate of 6 months with a possibility of permanence.

About The Position

As a Public Tenders Specialist, you will play a key role in managing public sector tenders. You will be responsible for the analysis, preparation, and submission of bids, while actively contributing to business development, profitability, and customer loyalty.

As a Public Tenders Specialist, You Will

  • Develop business opportunities with existing clients and identify new growth opportunities, providing recommendations to management;
  • Manage the full RFP process: requirement analysis, internal coordination, pricing structure development, and bid preparation;
  • Conduct profitability analysis (costs, margins, transportation, contractual conditions) and recommend bidding strategies;
  • Prepare, submit, and track bids, while maintaining accurate records and communicating results;
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize performance and profitability;

Will you be our next Public Tenders Specialist?

  • You hold a degree in business administration or a related field;
  • You have experience in public tenders or a similar role, with a solid understanding of the bidding process;
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with data analysis and manipulation;
  • You have strong adaptability, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and solid communication and follow-up abilities;
  • You are fluent in both French and English, spoken and written (English is required to communicate with our English-speaking teams).
