What You’ll Do
- Guide guests in finding the right products for their homes
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Stay on top of product knowledge, trends, and competitor offerings
- Build relationships through calls, online leads, and in-store traffic
- Keep organized and follow through on all our guests’ needs
What You Bring
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of sales experience (retail or commissioned preferred)
- A confident, results-driven sales approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on the sales floor
