About The Opportunity
Most companies hire people into jobs. We're doing something different.
We're looking for individuals with leadership potential and giving them the opportunity to learn every aspect of our business before helping determine where they can make the greatest impact.
The Leadership Development Associate Program is a structured pathway into future leadership opportunities at Protocase.
Your first month will be spent learning the business from the top down, working directly with senior leaders and gaining an understanding of who we are, how we operate, and what drives our success.
From there, you'll rotate through departments across the organization, spending time learning the people, systems, challenges, and opportunities that make each area successful.
This isn't a classroom program.
You'll be expected to contribute.
You'll be expected to ask questions.
You'll be expected to solve problems.
And you'll be expected to demonstrate leadership long before you're given a leadership title.
Throughout The Program You Will
- Learn how a high-performance manufacturing business operates.
- Build relationships across the organization.
- Participate in and lead improvement projects.
- Work alongside experienced leaders and managers.
- Gain exposure to production, engineering, sales, marketing, quality, logistics, operations, and other key business functions.
- Develop leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Take on increasing levels of responsibility as your capabilities grow.
- Help shape the future of the Leadership Development Program itself.
As you progress, opportunities may arise to lead projects, support teams, or step into temporary leadership assignments. Exceptional performers may be placed into permanent leadership opportunities before completing all planned rotations. Our goal isn't simply to fill a role. Our goal is to develop future leaders.
About You
We are less interested in where you went to school and more interested in who you are.
You Might Be

- A tradesperson ready to broaden your impact.
- A university or college graduate with leadership potential.
