As a Finance Manager, you will work with customers to review financing options, protection products, and purchase paperwork in a clear, professional, and customer-focused way. You will also work closely with the sales team, management, and lending partners to help create a smooth and positive buying experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financing, leasing, and vehicle purchase paperwork
• Present available protection products, warranty options, and coverage packages in a professional manner
• Work with banks and lending partners to help secure financing approvals
• Review contracts, applications, and documentation for accuracy
• Support customers through the final stages of the vehicle buying process
• Communicate clearly with the sales team, management, and finance partners
• Maintain compliance with dealership, lender, and legal requirements
• Provide a positive, organized, and customer-first experience

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, positive, and organized approach
• Comfort working with numbers, paperwork, and customer information
• Ability to explain financing and protection options clearly
• Sales, finance, banking, insurance, or automotive experience is an asset
• Previous dealership finance experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• Willingness to learn, follow processes, and grow within the role
• Valid driver’s licence
