You're a skilled Equipment Operator with demonstrated experience in operating heavy equipment, particularly compact track loaders, wheel loaders and excavators. You possess a strong understanding of fine grading for precision finishes and efficient bulk earth movement, contributing to our high-quality craftsmanship on every project. You are reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to exceeding expectations in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

As an Equipment Operator, you will be primarily responsible for operating compact track loaders and excavators for landscaping and light civil works. This includes fine grading to ensure precision finishes, as well as efficient bulk earth movement. You will perform routing inspections and checks on your equipment and perform refueling and lubrication.
